Hosting

We use the service provider Castanets OÜ, Harju maakond, Ahtri tn 12, 10151 Tallinn for the hosting services we use.

Our service provider uses subcontractors (subprocessors) to perform the hosting service, in particular:

Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg

As well as other service providers used within the scope of the hosting infrastructure, if applicable.

In accordance with the data protection regulations agreed with us, Castanets OÜ has concluded data processing agreements (DPA) or equivalent guarantees (e.g., standard contractual clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework) with all sub-processors.

The server location is Germany (Frankfurt), but for technical reasons, data may be transferred to other countries, including the USA. These transfers are carried out exclusively on the basis of appropriate guarantees from our service provider.
